Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any course, training program, or service offered by DMS Medical Aesthetics (“DMS”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not enroll in any program.

Eligibility

All courses are intended for licensed healthcare professionals, including but not limited to:

• Physicians (MD/DO)
• Nurse Practitioners (NP)
• Registered Nurses (RN)
• Other qualified medical professionals

Course Enrollment & Payment

Full or partial payment is required to secure enrollment. All payments must be completed prior to attending any training unless otherwise agreed upon by DMS Medical Aesthetics.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any training session.
• Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a $50 cancellation/rescheduling fee.

No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled training without prior notice will result in a $50 no-show fee.

Clinical Training: All policies apply strictly to clinical training sessions, which require scheduling of instructors, models, and facility resources.

Course Completion & Certification

Certificates of completion are awarded upon successful participation in the course. Completion of a course does not guarantee employment, licensure, or certification eligibility in any specific state.

Scope of Practice

Students are responsible for understanding and complying with their state-specific scope of practice laws. DMS Medical Aesthetics is not responsible for how students apply training outside of legal boundaries.

Liability Waiver

By participating in any training, you acknowledge that aesthetic procedures involve inherent risks. DMS Medical Aesthetics, its instructors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any outcomes resulting from the application of training received.

Conduct & Professionalism

Students are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism. DMS reserves the right to remove any participant from a course due to inappropriate behavior, with no refund issued.

Schedule Changes

DMS Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to modify course schedules, instructors, or locations if necessary. In such cases, students will be offered rescheduling options.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and training resources are the property of DMS Medical Aesthetics and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

Privacy

Any personal information collected during enrollment will be used solely for administrative and communication purposes and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.
