Welcome to DMS Care Training Center. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our programs, courses, and related services. By enrolling in our programs or accessing our facilities, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Enrollment and Payment

1.1 Eligibility: Students must meet all prerequisites outlined for each course.
1.2 Payment: All tuition and fees must be paid in full or according to the agreed payment plan before accessing online courses or attending skill sessions.
1.3 Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which is detailed separately.

2. Online Course Access

2.1 Login Credentials: Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.
2.2 Non-Refundable Access: Once a student logs in and accesses an online course, no refunds will be issued.

3. Attendance and Conduct

3.1 Skill Sessions: Attendance is mandatory for all required skill sessions and the Skill Exam Prep Day. Missing sessions without prior approval may result in expulsion.
3.2 Clinical Practice: Students must adhere to the schedule and dress code (scrubs and closed-toe shoes). Tardiness or absence may result in dismissal from the program.
3.3 Code of Conduct: Professional behavior is expected at all times. Disrespectful or disruptive behavior may result in termination of enrollment.

4. Program Completion

4.1 Certification Requirements: Students must complete all required coursework, skill sessions, and assessments to receive certification.
4.2 Clinical Practice (Optional): Clinical hours are optional but recommended for additional hands-on experience.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All course materials, including videos, PDFs, and other resources, are the intellectual property of DMS Care Training Center. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without permission.

6. Liability

6.1 Facility Use: Students are responsible for their own safety while on campus. DMS Care Training Center is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or personal property damage occurring during classes or clinical practice.
6.2 Professional Conduct: DMS Care Training Center is not responsible for a student's actions or behavior during clinical practice or after program completion.

7. Suspension and Termination

7.1 Suspension: Students may request a suspension of up to two months per course. Failure to resume within this period may result in termination without refund.
7.2 Termination: Violations of these Terms, including academic dishonesty, misconduct, or non-payment, may result in immediate termination of enrollment.

8. Changes to Terms

DMS Care Training Center reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Students will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
